The equipment is composed of a single-phase 400 Hz alternator equipped with retiming and adjustment mechanisms and a clamp for holding pipes up to a maximum diameter of 56”.

The equipment heats the trunk of the pipe to be welded in a few minutes, up to the temperature required for the re-application of the pipe’s protective insulation.

Our preheating equipment is fitted with a crane for moving the pre-heating clamp, and can be mounted on machine either built by us or supplied by the client, and fitted according to requirements.
